The genre of this competition is Penny lifestyle clip. Judges will disregard video clips that include dangerous or high risk tricks. Safety first Penny fans!
Clip length no shorter than 1:00 min, no longer than 1:30 min, preferably in High Definition.

Must only have PENNY skateboards in the clip, and the clip be branded with the Penny logo (links to AI and PSD logo files are at the bottom of this page)
All videos submitted must be a PG classification.

Deadline is 23:59 (AEST) on 31 December 2011.

All clips must be submitted through skateboard.tv.
The winning clips will be decided by a combination of total views your clip receives and voting by a select group of Penny experts including the head media designer of Penny Australia. The more views you have, the better your chances! Spread the word, promote your video entry on facebook & twitter, anything you can think of!

The Promoter warns that applicants should not skate or perform any tricks beyond their ability and should take extreme caution to prevent injury or death. High risk and/or dangerous tricks or acts will not be regarded by the judges and is not fitting of the lifestyle genre of the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry of clips that are not in accordance with the terms of the competition.

To be eligible to enter the draw, all entrants must complete a valid entry form. By completing the entry form all applicants will provide confirmation that the person submitting the application owns the intellectual property of the video clip and agrees to assign all intellectual property of the video clip to the Promoter. Upon lodgement all clips submitted will become the sole property of the Promoter and no longer the property of the applicant. The Promoter can use any shot or clip at their own discretion as sole owner after submission of the video. The Promoter as the sole owner of the intellectual property reserves the right to grant back certain use privileges of the clips to the original creator of each respective clip. All entrants will also be required to acknowledge that no person or animal was hurt in the making of the film and indemnify The Promoter of any legal action or liability brought against them.
