Ordering Process

What forms of Payment does Penny Skateboards accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. You can also check out using PayPal.

How much does Shipping cost?

We want to make shopping on-line as quick, easy, and affordable as possible. Currently we offer FREE Shipping on all orders.

How soon will I receive my tracking information?

You will receive you tracking information when your goods are dispatched from our warehouse. Please not we do not operate over the weekend or on Bank holidays – orders placed over the weekend are printed on a Monday morning and dealt with as soon as possible.

How long after I order until it ships out and how long does the Shipping take?

The processing time of your order can vary and depends on the item(s) you order. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Page for our time frame of processing and shipping items.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to PO boxes. If you check out with one listed as your shipping address we will contact you asking for a different shipping address.

Which Carrier does Penny Skateboards ship with? And do they require a signature in order to deliver it?

We ship via DPD & FedEx depending on location – you will receive tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse so you can track your delivery.

I changed my mind and I want to cancel my order. What do I need to do?

If the item has not been shipped yet, we can cancel your order for a full refund, but please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, preferably by phone (02380 865906) or email customercare.eu@absoluteboardco.com. Please note, once the order has shipped we cannot cancel or recall a package we will need to arrange a collection and a new order will then have to be placed – A refund will be given once the original item has been received in our warehouse. Please note Custom Orders are non-refundable unless the order is incorrect or there is a quality issue.

Can I return a Penny Skateboard?

Absolute Board Co Ltd aims to deliver high quality Penny Skateboards products to all of our online customers. Committed to customer satisfaction we aim to ensure all areas of the on-line store are hassle free with no risk. All skateboards sit under a 2 year warranty. If an item hasn't met your expectations, Absolute Board Co Ltd will assess a return request via email within 30 days from purchase. Please read through our Returns & Refunds Page for details and contact our Customer Service team to set up a return if needed.

The DPD/Fed Ex tracking number says it was delivered, but I still haven’t received my package. What should I do?

If the tracking number says it has been delivered, double check with all family members and/or neighbours that could possibly have picked it up and contact us immediately so we can begin working with the courier to see what happened and resolve the issue.

Product Questions

What are the different sizes of Penny Skateboards and which one should I get?

Penny Skateboards come in two different sizes; the 22” Penny, 27” Nickel. When choosing the size of board there are a few things to keep in mind; such as size, age, and experience, but mostly it’s about preference. Read through our 'Size Me Up' guide to see if you can get a better idea of what you’re looking for and if you still have any questions, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team.

Does the grip tape and/or panel stickers come applied to my Custom Penny Skateboard?

The grip tape and/or Panel stickers on Custom skateboards are not sent applied. They are sent separately in the box so when you receive it you can decide whether you want them on your board. Check out our How To Guide: Applying Grip tape for an easy guide of how to apply grip tape.

I’ve had my Penny for a while? What should I do to make sure it’s in tip-top shape?

Your Penny board does require some maintenance if you want it to ride smoothly for a long time. The Bearings and Cushions are two of the most important parts of your board, but rarely get any love. Over a period of time there’s definitely a chance you’ll need to swap out the bearings or cushions for some new ones which will give it some new life! Keep in mind that dirt and water (even condensation/dew) can really effect the performance and length of life of your board. Contact our Customer service Team with any other questions and we can give you some recommendations on care and cleaning.

Miscellaneous

Is the box shipped ‘Gift Friendly’?

All of our items that we ship come in a regular brown shipping box from “Absolute Board Co.”. Nowhere on the box or label will it say Penny Skateboards. Also, in order to save unnecessary use of paper, we do not ship an invoice or packing list inside the box. Your order confirmation that was emailed to you after your purchase should contain the complete packing list and totals from your order.

How will the transaction show up on my credit card statement?

When you place your order you will see a charge from Absolute Board Co.

Is my Penny Skateboard covered by a warranty?

Penny Skateboards are covered under a 2-Year manufacturer's warranty. If something does happen to your board caused by a manufacturing defect please contact us immediately so we can start a warranty claim.

The skateboard or item I want is out of stock. Is there any chance you’ll re-stock that item?

We do our best to restock the customizer components and completes as soon and often as possible. If there is an item that you really want that’s unavailable at the moment, send our customer service team an email with the complete item name and we can give you our best estimate of when/if it will be restocked.

Does Penny Skateboards ever have sales or promotions on the website?

We do offer different promotions on our site, to make sure you don’t miss out sign up to our Penny Newsletter at the bottom of our homepage. We only send a couple emails a month to keep you up to date on our new products, promotions, Penny news, and giveaways!
