Highland 22" uses characters and elements of the American National Parks, their icons and fictional characters such as Smokey the Bear and Big Foot, as well as long, windy roads perfect for downhill skate sessions. The art emulates the novelty of old school postcards from around the world designed by renowned Argentinian artist Alan Berry Rhys. The Postcard Series represents the experiences of travel through 3 different wanderlust destinations off the coast, the mountains and the urban environment. Escape to the woods on the Highland 2".

Fun but sketchy

The board is well constructed and the colors really pop. They are a great combination. The graphic looks great, as pictured, and the ride feels fun and smooth. I also want to mention that although the wheels roll very smooth on pristine asphalt the experience feels much rougher on sidewalks and older pavement. These wheels are smaller and harder than most longboard wheels and so are more prone to be fully stopped by a small pebble. A tiny rock I did not see completely stopped my wheel and sent me flying into a nice road rash. That being said this board size is not for beginners in my opinion so get a larger size if you are learning. If you are an experienced rider then this board will be very fun but you need to be on higher alert!
