Fun. Zippy. Smooth. Great colorway.
I’ve mostly been using it as short distance commuter. Haven’t really been using it for ollies or other tricks , but I like knowing that it’s capable.
As a 42 year-old married father of two, I hadn't skated since I was 18. 24 years. Almost close to quarter of a century. Now living in sunny California, amongst so much surfing and skating culture, I found myself yearning to skate once again. After much research, and reading some reviews here, I decided the Penny Cruiser '32 was the best beginner board. It's one of the best decisions I ever made! This board is pure magic. So smooth. So freeing. I was cruising around the neighborhood like a teenager again. Words cannot express the happiness this board has brought me. My young daughters love the colors as much as me (I got the sun kissed High Vibe) and are now riding it themselves. Thank you Penny! You made a middle aged man's heart sing!
My primary board is a standard skateboard so having a cruiser with the ability to still do flip tricks is awesome. I like that the wheels are soft but not too soft and that it will last forever. The only complaint I have is the plastic wears out on the tail from doing tricks so it may not last as long as I want if I'm doing a lot of tricks on rough pavement.
Super awesome skateboard, crazy how they get that grip tape feel
